How long will it take to receive my personalized board book? Once you place your online order you will be sent a confirmation of your order and the production will begin. You can expect to receive your finished book via US Postal service first class mail within 1-2 weeks of placing your order. What is your return policy? If you are not satisfied with your product please e-mail us so we can arrange for a replacement or refund. How much does shipping cost?Each book is shipped via US Postal Service for $4.65 each within the continental US. There is an additional charge for express and or international shipping. Please e-mail us for the additional charge associated with your request? Are there any discounts for ordering more than one book? 1 - 2 = $19.95 each + $4.65 (each) shipping & handling (US Postal Service within the continental USA)

3-11 = $18.45 each ($1.50 discount per book) + $4.65 (each) shipping & handling (US Postal Service within the continental USA)

12-25 = $17.95 each ($2.00 per book discount) + $4.65 (each) shipping & handling (US Postal Service within the continental USA)

For orders exceeding 25 books please contact us at Customer Service. What is the trim size of the board book? The size of the book is 5.625 inches wide x 5.625 inches tall. How many pages does the board book have? Our books have 16 pages including the front cover and back cover pages. This gives you 7 interior spreads plus the cover spread. Are your board books safe to give to my child? YES! All of our board books are safe and we have tested our books with the independent certified testing lab, Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services to prove it. All of our board books are in compliance with the safety requirements of ASTM F963-08 as well as the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA) 16 CFR 1500, 16 CFR 1303, 16 CFR 1500.44, 16 CFR 1500.49, 16 CFR 1500.48, 16 CFR 1500.18(a)(9) / 16 CFR 1501. I don't have digital pictures can I still have a book made? Yes, you can mail your pictures to us and we will scan crop and position them accordingly. Place your order online as you normally would by "customizing" the book and then just let us know in the special instructions that you are mailing your photos. Please only supply the same number of photos as there are "upload" requests for each book. Number them on the back so we will know what order you want them in. Also, please include a copy of your confirmation e-mail. Your pictures will be mailed back with your new book. Can I order large quantities to publish my own board book title? Yes. However this will require a custom quote from us. Please e-mail us at: Customer Service and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Do you plan on offering different book trim sizes? Yes, we will be adding new and innovative formats so stay tuned Can I use pictures from a professional photographer? Professional photographs are copyrighted. We would need consent from the photographer to be able to use these in your book. Do I have to use your pre-designed templates? No, you can design your pages with your own software and upload them to our online order form in PDF format. What is your privacy policy? Pint Size Productions respects the privacy of all our customers. We will never share or sell your information with anyone. Personal information is only required for billing and shipping purposes. All credit card payments are processed through PayPal's secure connection.
